United 1K so I use this app almost daily. The current version has a few bugs. The app frequently freezes up and requires a restart when trying to change payment methods during booking. When you cancel a flight and get a travel credit, the last digit of the confirmation number associated with the travel credit is not visible because the text is too big and it gets clipped at the right side edge of the screen. Outside of these issues the United app is better than any airline app I have seen.

The app is not functional at this time. It easily slips into a cycle of rejecting log in attempts without asking security questions. Simultaneously the app advises that too many incorrect security question answers have been provided. No one is home. There is *no* access to a tech help desk. Not by chat, email or phone. Come on, United. Do the right thing!

Oops! We're sorry, something went wrong! This app is good for getting a boarding pass to load onto Google wallet. Past that, prepare to deal with a slow and clunky interface that can't find your information half the time and drops out in the middle of operations, forcing you to go through the 2FA login process again. This feels like an app from 2008.
