I am using the mobile app and have been stuck on a course, the next button doesn't work. I can't start another course because it says I already have one in progress. Also I get an error when I try to add my email address on the app, and the need help just says something went wrong. This app is still very buggy. It is very frustrating when I am trying to complete trainings and cannot move onto the next section, it only restarts from the beginning and gets stuck at the same section.

Agency doesn't know how to use the app. There's really no easy way to get ahold of Supervisors, which is what was boasted about for this app, because there's a constant "error something went wrong". Since the app is so simple in its design, im going to assume agencies can't use it because theres not enough useful tools on it. There's no way to input your availability, or where you'd like to work, etc.

The app is great for CHHA who are unable to visit office frequently to seek cases and I have been recommending it to others. However, contact agents have been manipulating the system. For me, invitations are sent yet when I request the cases I can do, I am refused or if granted, later withdrawn without any prior notice. In addition, stated preferences and documented medical support are ignored and invitations for such cases are constantly being sent. Victimization is possible too.
