The app itself is put together very well, BUT how it interacts with orders isn't the best. If I place an order and show early via drive thru, they won't prep it early (even if I am the only one there). It would be quicker for me to order when I am there. There should be an option for drive thru and in-store, so that if you go in the drive thru, they will begin prepping when you pull to the speaker. Otherwise, it would be a good app for me.

Much improved! The app used to be a real pain to use, but they've got things running smoothly. Now it's a breeze to use. My only complaint is that when I order online for pick-up in store, it never shows my name on my phone screen when they ask me to confirm the order is mine. They keep having to find the order number and compare instead. Apparently, it doesn't happen with anyone else, just me. Doesn't happen on delivery orders though, just pickup orders. I'm just lucky I guess. 😂

As much as I love Panda, I must say I'm a bit underwhelmed by the app. earning points is always nice and it's convenient to order food in advance but the deals that are offered to you are few and far between. Most of the deals also require spending at least 20 dollars. I only buy a single meal whenever I go to panda express. I typically go alone and I don't have a family to feed so most deals that come my way are typically wasted.
