This app is terrible. I have had this for over a year and it use to work just fine until a few months ago it started giving me a "server error" and now I can never log in. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, restarting my phone and nothing ever works. And then when I try to log in through the mobile site, it says to use the app!!! I pay enough for health insurance, I should actually be able to review my claims and coverage.

downloaded app to find care and prices. Find care and prices feature unavailable after the 20 minute process of creating a profile. I hope whoever designed this app loses every password to every account you have. I hope it takes 7 business days to change them. Then i hope it tells you that you can't use previous password.

How many times I have to change my password? It is supposed to use my fingerprint... you are worry about security from my side and what about your side?... Actually, the hackers are more interested in hacking big companies like this one... so instead of bothering that much about passwords, worry about taking care about the info you are storing on your company...
