Edit: downgrading to 1 star because the app continues to show ads that block you from using it for several seconds. This is completely unacceptable. It's a fine enough app that works for toggling the noise cancellation and changing what the controls do. I'm giving it 3 stars instead of 5 because it has started showing popup ads for other Soundcore products about once a month for a couple of days in a row, blocking access to the app for several seconds. This is unacceptable.

Can't stand ads in my apps, especially for products I've paid for, and may switch brands if it continues. The UI could also be laid out much better. The headphones themselves have been quite good. UPDATE: I continue to get spammed with ads that I have to skip past in order to use the app. This is incredibly inconvenient. For anyone reading this, I would recommend purchasing a different product.

When I set the rain sounds to play for a certain amount of time, it constantly shuts it's self off. For the 90 minutes, I had to turn it back on twice and there's still 45 minutes left. This is supposed to help me sleep. Not keep waking me up right as I'm about to fall asleep. I paid a lot of money for my alarm that came with this FREE app, now Im getting adds before I can get in it. Absolute BS. I Will never buy another.
