I tried placing an order and it cancelled it a few minutes late after. After contacting them, they informed me that I was flagged for potential fraud and to replace the order again. So I did and the exact same thing. When I sent an email for both orders. It was the exact same copy pasted email. Now I'm out $400 (until they refund my money) and they have been no help. I've given up on buying from them.

Return policy... Becareful when you order. Return policy is horrible. I would not recommend ordering. You order a phone with excellent condition and within months the battery life becomes bad. You want to return it losing faith in it. They fixed the battery but if it happens again youre out of luck. I bought multi phone from this company and if I knew their return policy is this bad I would not order from them. Highly disappointed with customer service and this company. Would not order again.

Bought a phone and used it for 3 weeks, and one day, it just went blank. I returned it, hoping I'd get assistance with a refund or another phone, I was told NO. When I asked for my phone back, since I paid for it, they kept it and told me I couldn't have it back. Even when I told them I'll pay for its shipping cost, it was still impossible. So I really don't recommend it, especially if you're international and not in the US, in case you encounter the same problem.
