won't stay connected it's not the app - sorry. it's the hearing aids. I can pair a cheap item and it stays paired forever. But my Oticon hearing aids not so much. I'm constantly having to reconnect them. I've spent hours working with Oticon and Pixel tech support. There was no solution offered that was suitable for the long run. They are great when they connect but when they don't it's maddening.

Constantly disconnects and reconnects, whether you're in a phone call or listening to music. Prior version did as well, but this version is way worse! I've used this with different Samsung phones and replacement hearing aids with the same results. Also, this app seemed to cause a lag on my phone. When I uninstalled the app, my phone was much faster. Overall, my Phonak hearing aids worked much better and were more reliable. I will be switching back to them with my next set.

App constantly disconnects/reconnects when listening to music/podcasts; drops one HA or the other. Always turning Bluetooth off/on, close/reopen app; then after a point force stop. About once a week that stops helping, I uninstall/ reinstall. Also awful TV adapter connection. Picks up only one HA so I can adjust volume only in that one. Receiving sound in both HAs so it’s not the TV adapter. Volume control on phone controls external volume. Only way to adjust TV volume is through the app.
