A week ago, the app started crashing as soon as I turned my toothbrush off when I finished brushing. It logged some sessions, but not all of them. I decided to uninstall the app and re-install it and it doesn't crash anymore, except now all my previous data is useless. I signed into my account and while my previous sessions do appear in the history tab, they all are listed as "unguided" which means they don't count for anything, and is especially frustrating given they were ALL guided sessions.

Pamela, we're so sorry to hear your sessions have changed to unguided, & that the app has been crashing. It may help to sign out and sign back in. If you continue to have troubles, please call us at (800) 566-7252.

I really appreciate this app helping me be more on task with toothbrushing, this wasn't instilled in me at a young age, so trying to take better care of my teeth as an adult is sometimes a struggle, but this helps me make sure to brush for long enough in each section and not press too hard. I took off a star because I wound up buying a second toothbrush to keep at the office (to brush after lunch), and I can't find a way to have two brushes paired with my account, nor manually add an instance.

I stop using this app on and off due to one reason: They can NEVER GET THE POSITIONING RIGHT. It starts fine, "sensing" where the brush is properly at first, but then it goes all screwy and thinks I'm brushing the upper right when I'm brushing the lower front, or the lower left when I'm brushing the upper front. I have to position the brush at weird angles for it to sense properly and even that doesn't always work. But hey, at least the app is sleek, right? 😮💨
