Must manually log in to check prescriptions, as the fingerprint no longer works. No place to change this either. Have to "allow access to my account name, email, and phone number" each time I log in. Will not save in the app for some reason. Recommend making the app work like 99% of all other apps. Quick login with the method I choose (manual, fingerprint, pin, etc). And stop asking me to approve access I've approved countless times.

There's always something when I go to place an order through the app. You can't delete anything once ordered or at times it doesn't let you pay, the HEB's app SUCKS! NONE of the employees help either. I only get...let me give you another number. I don't want another number, I want u to fix it. You should be going to your I.T experts and tell them there are issues that need fixing ..it's not my duty to inform them. So, I went back to Walmart. No aggravation there!

Yall need a way for people to connect a card to their account so it automatically applies coupons. Also its crazy I have to clip coupons in an account I have to login to use. Just apply all of them that are relevant to what im buying. And a way to scan receipts in app for credit when your cashiers distract you chatting and you forget to tell your staff you have the app to scan for coupons. Missed out on over 20 of savings but I live far and am too busy to make another trip any time soon. Sucks.
